Bredasdorp rests in the gentle rolling hills of the Platteland with the Overberg mountains on one side and the sea on the other. The town itself is visitor friendly and agricultural to the core.

 

Staying at 6onKloof puts you within a 30 min drive from the coastal towns of Struisbaai and Cape L’Agulhas which is well known for being the southernmost point of Africa and home to the second oldest working lighthouse in the South Africa. 

6onKloof is within walking distance of most amenities for business, touring and social interests.

  • Well known for the Waenhuiskrans cave and 200 year old fishermen’s village, Kassiesbaai.

 

L’Agulhas

  • Visit the southernmost tip of Africa where the Atlantic and Indian oceans meet and see the second oldest working light house in South Africa.

  • 4 Wheel coastal reserve drives

 

Struisbaai

  • Pleasure boat trips or fishing; also deep sea fishing.

  • Nature Reserves: Guided or self-drive visits to De Hoop or De Mond.

  • Nuwejaarsriver Wetland Special Management Area – very exciting new reserve. Excellent bird watching with hides.
